Delivery

PAYMENT

All payments for items are made easily and securely using PayPal. PayPal is globally recognised and is a fast, safe and secure way to pay online as your financial details are never shared. You do not need to already have an account with PayPal as you can also choose the option to enter your card details. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email letting you know it has all been successful, and another one once your order is on its way to you.

DELIVERY

All Annie Mae items are packaged with tissue paper inside a recycled natural gift box, tied with pretty ribbon.

Generally orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment being received. Processing of bespoke orders can take longer than items already in stock, however you will be notified of this via email/discussions during the ordering process. All items are sent using the Royal Mail postal service and we will obtain a proof of postage receipt.. Please note that once your items have been despatched and are with Royal Mail, we have no control over their delivery and arrival with you. For more peace of mind, you could opt for the tracked/signed for method of delivery.

CUSTOMS

All customs/import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

RETURNS

Annie Mae jewellery aims to be created to a high standard and I hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, should you be unhappy or an item is faulty and you wish to return or exchange it, then please contact me in the first instance. You will then be provided with the full postal address to be able to return your item.

Items must be returned in a new and re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item. It is recommended you use recorded delivery as Annie Mae cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. Once the item has been received and checked, refunds will then be made via PayPal. You will also be refunded the initial cost of delivery when you purchased the item.

In the interests of hygiene, I cannot offer returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.

Refunds cannot be made on bespoke items (unless faulty) as these are unique items that have been designed and created especially for you.

ITEMS RECEIVED DAMAGED/NON DELIVERY OF GOODS

Once parcels have been sent out, please understand that the responsibility for their carriage and delivery lies with the mail/delivery company.  Annie Mae is not responsible for any damage or loss. Any claims for compensation for undelivered or damaged items must be made by the customer.

If your goods do not arrive within a reasonable time of the 2-3 working days dispatch time, you must contact us to let us know, and also inform the courier/postal service where you will be able to request claim forms for lost/damaged goods. I will be able to send you a copy of the proof of postage to enable you to make your claim.
